• Shop Pay Installments: Eligible customers can choose interest-free options over 3 or 6 months, or interest-bearing plans up to 24 months, depending on purchase amount and approval. Review your repayment schedule, interest and total payable at checkout.

Shipping Rates
We offer free insured standard shipping on all orders within the UK. Any additional charge for an available Priority service is confirmed before payment.

Production and Delivery
Bespoke and made-to-order jewellery takes approximately four weeks for standard delivery. Where Priority is available and selected, please allow 12–15 working days. Both timeframes include sourcing, crafting and delivery, starting from your initial payment and confirmation of specifications. Standard delivery may take longer during busy periods; we will advise you of delays.

Handle with care
Gold, platinum, diamonds, and gemstones are durable but not indestructible. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and household chemicals to preserve their brilliance.

Remove during physical activity
Take your ring off for exercise, swimming, cooking, and any task that could expose it to impact, heat, or abrasion.

Clean gently
Refresh its sparkle with warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft brush. Rinse and dry carefully with a lint-free cloth.

Store thoughtfully
Keep your ring in its box when not worn, and store pieces separately to prevent scratches.
