A comfortable fit matters. We offer resizing where possible and can help you choose the right size before you order.
Resizing depends on the ring’s design. Full eternity bands, certain stone settings and some bespoke pieces may not be resizable. Please get in touch with us before purchase if you are unsure.
We offer one complimentary resize, where the design can be resized.
To qualify, you must send your ring back within 30 days of receiving it. The ring does not need to be unworn. Any separate repairs required are assessed under our warranty or quoted individually.

We aim to complete resizing within 5 working days after receiving your ring. This may take longer during busy periods. Return delivery time is additional.
We recommend professional finger measurement before ordering. Repeated resizing can affect a ring’s structure or finish.
If another jeweller has altered your ring, please tell us before arranging resizing so we can assess its suitability.
