Ring Resizing Policy

We understand that achieving the perfect fit is essential. Please review our resizing policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Resizing

• Resizing is available on selected ring designs only.
• Some styles, including full eternity bands, certain stone settings, or bespoke pieces, may not be resized due to their design.
• If you are unsure whether a ring can be resized, please contact us before purchase.
  

First Resize

• We offer one complimentary resize within 14 days of delivery.
• The ring must be returned in its original condition, unworn and free from damage.
  

Resize Fees

• Additional resizes beyond the first complimentary adjustment will incur a resizing fee.
• The exact fee will depend on the design, metal, and size adjustment required.
• Shipping costs for subsequent resizes are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Size Adjustment Limits

• Most rings can typically be adjusted up or down by two sizes.
• Larger adjustments may not be possible and could affect the structural integrity or appearance of the ring.
  

Processing Time

• Resizing typically takes 10 working days from the date we receive the ring.
  

Important Notes

• We strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured before placing an order.
• Resizing multiple times may affect the structure or finish of the ring over time.
• We are not responsible for rings that have been altered by a third-party jeweller.
