Why are your prices so competitive?

We handle everything in-house, from CAD design and crafting to diamond sourcing and packaging. Because we operate exclusively online, we avoid traditional retail overheads and can offer exceptional quality at a more accessible price.

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. All of our diamonds are genuine. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, and every diamond is certified by a recognised gemological laboratory. Please refer to our Diamond Guide page for more information.

Are your rings solid gold or plated?

All of our jewellery is made from solid precious metals only. We work primarily with 18k gold and 950 platinum, and every ring is hallmarked in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act.

Are you affiliated with any professional jewellery organisations?

Yes. We are members of the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ), the United Kingdom’s leading trade body for the jewellery industry. Membership reflects our commitment to professional standards, ethical practices, and consumer confidence.

Payments
Do you offer payment instalments?

Yes. We offer flexible payment options including PayPal Pay in 3 and Shop Pay instalments, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free payments.

Orders & Delivery
Do you offer bespoke or custom designs?

Yes. In addition to our existing designs, we offer a bespoke service. If you have a specific idea, reference image, or gemstone in mind, we can design and craft a unique piece for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our jewellery is made to order or bespoke, which typically takes around 4 weeks to craft. Items listed as ready to dispatch will be shipped within 2 working days.

Do you offer faster crafting times?

We understand that some moments in life are spontaneous. If you need a ring urgently, please contact us, and we will see what can be arranged.

Is my jewellery insured during shipping?

Yes. All orders are shipped using fully insured and tracked delivery, ensuring your jewellery is protected while in transit.

Resizing & Returns
Do you offer ring resizing?

What is your refund policy?
