Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers your AtelierRings piece against defects arising from the manufacturing process, including material or workmanship faults.

Where a valid manufacturing fault is identified, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear over time, such as scratches, dents, thinning of metal, or gradual loosening of settings
• Damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Stone loss or damage resulting from wear, impact, or external force
• Any resizing, repair, or modification carried out by third parties
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments
• Routine maintenance, cleaning, polishing, or replating
• Loss, theft, or disappearance of the item
• Items that have been altered, tampered with, or where identifying features have been removed

Claims and assessment

• All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our workshop
• Proof of purchase may be required
• Claims should be made within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered
• We reserve the right to refuse a claim where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, unauthorised modification, or non-genuine products

Out-of-warranty service

If your item is not covered under this warranty, we can offer repair or servicing at a reasonable cost.

Legal notice

This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty and is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your legal rights.

To the extent permitted by law, AtelierRings shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the product.
