Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive faulty or defective. We encourage you to reach out with any questions during the bespoke consultation process.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to complete processing.
