Refund policy

 

Each piece at AtelierRings is crafted with care and attention to detail. If for any reason you're not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, in original and resalable condition
  • Returned in their original packaging


Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive faulty or defective. We encourage you to reach out with any questions during the consultation process.

Please contact us at enquiries@skhatelier.com before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Returns and Refunds

  1. Sign in to the Customer Portal using the email address used for your purchase. You will receive a six-digit verification code by email.
  2. Find your order and click Request return.
  3. Select the item or items you want to return.
  4. Choose a return reason.
  5. Click Request return to submit your request.

We will review your request within one working day.

If shipping is required, you will receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within five business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to process it.
